Eungai Hinterland

On the southern edge of the hinterland you will find the villages of Eungai Creek & Eungai Rail, with many country and hinterland drives, camping areas, fishing spots, walking trails. Eungai is rich in  indigenous, agricultural and timber-getter history and is the gateway to the State Forest & Nature Reserves surrounding it, including Ingalba State Forest and Ngambaa Nature Reserve where you will find Cedar Park Picnic Area.

You will also find the ever popular Eungai Creek Buffalo Farm, where you will get the real paddock to plate experience with their wide range of fresh, handmade buffalo cheeses, milk, gelato and meat products, which can be found in their extensive café menu and products can be purchased from the café as well.
