Nambucca Valley is home to the Gumbaynggirr people who were traditionally known as the ‘sharing people’ because their land was so rich and fertile that food and other resources were commonly shared with other nations.   


The Spirit of the Rainforest is a place of natural and remnant rainforest that offers established gardens with edible plants to sample, including the native Davidson Plum.   

North Arm Farms is a collective of three family farms The Mandarin BendAutarky Farm &  Harvest Owl that connect our community to fresh, seasonal & nourishing produce.  

Funkya@Unkya are our sustainable bi-monthly markets where you can meet local growers and the community to learn and stock up on seasonal produce.

We see our role as farmers as an integral part of our community. We believe that through small scale, organic farming, we can build a strong & healthy community who are deeply connected to their food system.
