Welcome to Gumma Crossing Reserve

Gumma Crossing Reserve, on the banks of beautiful Warrell Creek, is a nature based camp ground under the control of Nambucca Valley Council. An unspoiled part of Paradise – just this side of heaven!

Gumma Reserve, Macksville, is a quiet campground on the western bank of Warell Creek. There is plenty of grassed area for both tent and trailer based camping.

The site has a boat ramp for those who want to take to the water for a spot of fishing, boating or canoeing up the creek or nearby Nambucca River. Flushing toilets are a creature comfort. The site is pet friendly but dogs must be on a leash at all times. Not a bad spot to stop in and pop a squat on the long drive down the coast.

Getting there

From Pacific Hwy in Macksville, on the southern side of the bridge, take Partridge Street down to the T junction of east street. Take a left onto East street then a right onto River Street. River Street quickly becomes Gumma Rd.

Follow this about 5kms out to the campsite. It will be the first left after Boulton Close. It is relativley well signed.
